Error message “Remote Updater Not Set” displayed when launching the application.

Your Windows User Account has insufficient privileges to download and install the update. Right click the Consult-PRO Premium Enterprise icon and select Run as administrator.

"Consult-PRO has stopped working" message when starting the software for the first time.

How to create new users.

Login as the Super Admin. Click “user” located at the top and select ”manage users”. Click “New User”.

How to create a series in Consult-PRO Chairside.

Please sign in with a user that has general admin privileges. Proceed to the Chairside module. Click series and select new. Enter a name for the series and click OK. Drag and drop the videos you wish to add to the series from the right pane to the middle pane. Click save when done.

How to change an office name in Consult-PRO Cloud.

Login as the Super Admin. Click File located at the top and select Organization / Office. Select the office tab you want to change. Enter a new office name and click save when done.

How to invite a patient to Consult-PRO Connect.

Login with a user. Select the patient you want to invite. Click on the (insert connect icon) icon. Select the preferred contact, mobile or email and click Send Connect Code.
