How To Return Products

Returning your purchase? You have the following options:

Online orders – can be returned to our Toronto office location or by mail. Return period starts from date of delivery.

1. Return to Toronto office

Feel free to stop in for easy returns and exchanges.

What you need to return your online purchase:

• Original purchase receipt/invoice. Receipts for online orders can be printed from your online account and must be brought with you to the Toronto office location.
• Original payment method. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment.
• Original packaging and contents (like Hardware, Manuals, HDMI cable, and other items included in the original package) in saleable condition. This includes any accessories, bundled products or included with the original purchase.
• Personal identification. Your name, address, and phone number will be required along with valid government photo I.D. If you can't find your receipt or original method of payment, you can still return your item if it is otherwise eligible. The refund will be provided on the original method of payment.

2. Returns by mail

For your convenience you can also return online orders by mail. Contact our Customer Service Department via customerservice@consult-pro.com to be provided with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order is determined to have missing items or shows signs of excessive use making the item unsellable, we may refuse the return.
